Tata Trusts to work with Tripura toaddress iron and iodine deficiencies among state residents

Tata Trusts has signed an MoU with the Tripura government to address iron and iodine deficiencies among state residents. In Tripura 48.3 percent of children, 54.5 percent women and 24.7 percent of men are anemic. Tata Trusts will provide technical assistance to help the state purchase fortified salt and encourage residents to use it.
