Delhi to offer compensation to consumers who suffer power cuts

Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission has approved compensation for residents who suffer unscheduled power cuts lasting over one hour. The consumer will be compensated $7.10 per hour for the first two hours of the power cut, and $14.20 for every subsequent hour.
